Quail Crossing Residential Association, Inc.
Located on the east side of Longmont, Colorado, this covenant protected community consists of 381 Single Family Homes near the intersections of 9th Avenue x Button Rock Drive and Mountain View Avenue x Deerwood Drive.

Meetings are regularly held the 3rd Wednesday every other Month.  The Next Board Meeting will be held 4/21/2012 at 7:00pm.  ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.


Quail Crossing HOA's Annual BBQ/Potluck.  We need volunteers to plan the BBQ.



THE EARLY WINTER STORM on Oct 26, 2011 damaged and destroyed many trees within the community and left a trail of limbs and branches.  Homeowners are reminded that a minimum 2" caliper tree must be planted in the front yard of each property.



Volunteers are needed for the landscaping committee to suggest landscaping improvements for the Community.
 
 

Did You Know...
Exterior Paint Schemes. 30 Pre-Approved paint schemes are available for use in Quail Crossing.  Homeowners MUST use one of the pre-approved paint schemes.  A book is available for checkout that shows the color schemes, but a listing of the schemes has been posted.
