Located on the east side of Longmont, Colorado, this covenant protected community consists of 381 Single Family Homes near the intersections of 9th Avenue x Button Rock Drive and Mountain View Avenue x Deerwood Drive.

Next HOA Meeting, Wed. June 17th 7:00pm at Fire Station #3 on Pace St. All homeowners are welcome to attend.  Meetings are regularly held the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.


Quail Crossing HOA's Annual BBQ/Potluck will be held June 28th, 2009.



A Neighborhood Improvement Grant, in conjunction with a resident's Eagle Scout Project is underway for installation of benches throuhout the community.  READ MORE.




Volunteers are needed for the landscaping committee to suggest landscaping improvements for the Community.
