Clean Up Days - Participate with the entire family! Look for specific dates coming in the next month or two.

Monthly Planning Sessions - It's a small commitment; join a committee and help out. Opportunities abound, whether you like to bake, garden, write, or have a professional expertise we can find the right spot for you.

What can we do for you?
At this past January's monthly board meeting the group got together to discuss what our goals would be for this coming year. We found these items to be of highest priority:

Improve communication vehicles & tools
Set up sub-committees & volunteers
Complete fence re-staining of the outside perimeters
Work towards camaraderie within the neighborhood & Board
Replace trees that were damaged or died in the past year

Feel we have missed the boat? Come to one of our monthly boards meetings; we would love to talk to you about it! Your opinions and comments are critical to the success of our future.

Wing Fence Restaining

Wing fences installed at each home throughout the community are required to be stained.  Please ensure that the stain on your wing fence is maintained.

Tree Replacing

The heat and drought conditions of Summer 2006 was not friendly to our trees. Approved in this year's budget is up to $5000 to cover the cost of replacing trees damaged along Button Rock Drive. As always, the Board looks to it's community for advice and expertise. Do you know a good landscape company to provide this service? If so, let Kevin at Foster Management know.
