2012 EVENT PLANS

• 2012 Annual HOA Bar-B-Q & Potluck - Volunteers are needed to help plan the 2012 Annual HOA BBQ.  Please contact the management company if you are interested in helping.

• Block Parties - We have resources available to us to fund a block party specific to your area to foster relationships between neighbors. If you are interested in organizing an event for your block, come to the next board meeting!

• Clean Up Days - Participate with the entire family! Look for specific dates coming in the next month or two.

• Monthly Planning Sessions - It's a small commitment; join a committee and help out. Opportunities abound, whether you like to bake, garden, write, or have a professional expertise we can find the right spot for you.

• Semi- Monthly Board Meetings Come learn about what's going on in your community.

What can we do for you?
At this past January's monthly board meeting the group got together to discuss what our goals would be for this coming year. We found these items to be of highest priority:

Improve communication vehicles & tools
Set up sub-committees & volunteers
Complete fence re-staining of the outside perimeters
Work towards camaraderie within the neighborhood & Board
Replace trees that were damaged or died in the past year
