Quail Crossing Homeowners now have multiple options for the
payment of their Quarterly HOA Assessments. Please choose from the
following payment options.CHECK BY MAIL
Statements of quarterly assessments due will be sent to all homeowners
approximately 15 days before the due date. Payments can be mailed back
with the remittance stub. Payments are Due on the 1st of the month, but
are considered to be paid on time if payment is received in the management
company office by the 10th of the month. Any account that has a balance
due as of the 10th of the month will be charged a late fee in accordance with
the Collection Policy of the Association.
ACH AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PROGRAM
Homeowners can also enroll in the ACH Automatic Payment Program. This
program is free of charge, and will deduct the quarterly assessment from your
checking or savings account automatically. To enroll in the program,
please complete the ACH APPLICATION FORM and fax/mail it to the management company for
processing. The deduction will occur on or shortly after the 5th of the
month in January, April, July, and October.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
As requested at the recent Annual Meeting, a new payment option has been
established that will allow you to pay your Quarterly HOA Assessments via a
credit card through the PayPal Service. A small service fee of $4.00 is
added to the charge to cover the cost of the PayPal processing. To pay

CHECK BY FAX
As a last alternative, you can also make a payment by completing the
CHECK BY FAX
authorization. Complete the form, fax it along with a check to
888-697-8805, and your payment will be posted to your account.
