Quail Crossing Residential Association, Inc. is a covenant protected community consisting of 381 single family homes, and is located at the intersection of 9th avenue and Deerwood Drive on the East side of Longmont, Colorado. The association sponsors a neighborhood barbeque once a year and holiday lighting contests. We hope in the future to have additional social activities with the support of additional volunteers. Please contact us if you are interesting in helping!

Management Company: Kevin Lucas is the Community Manager for the Quail Crossing HOA. Kevin is an owner of Foster Management, which is contracted by the Board to assist with day-to-day operations of the HOA. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact Kevin and he will try to answer them or forward them to the Board. If you have concerns as to what is acceptable, based on the Associations Covenants, please do not take matters into your own hands. Instead, contact Kevin for clarification or concerns.

HOA Executive Board: Quail Crossing HOA has five positions on its Executive Board. All of the positions are filled with volunteers who are homeowners within the Quail Crossing Residential community. The Board Members are elected by the homeowners for a term that lasts Three Years. On an annual basis, the offices of those elected to Board positions are determined by the Board Members at their first Board Meeting of the year.

Social Committee: This is the gang that gets together and organizes the social events for the community, with the annual summer barbeque being the highlight of the season. Come join us in putting out other fun activities for the neighborhood. Ideas could include delivering Welcome Packages, neighborhood block parties, or anything that you may have seen in other communities.

Design Review Committee: The Design Review Committee is charged with the authority to approve or deny DRC applications that are submitted to the Association. Guidelines have been established that the DRC Committee must uphold in the process of reviewing the DRC applications. By upholding the DRC Guidelines as they have been established, the overall look and consistency throughout the community is protected.

The Landscape Committee: Charged with the task beautifying the community through the design and selection of landscaping projects. The selected plans are either carried out by the Landscape Committee, or sub-contracted to a landscape contractor, depending on the magnitude of the project.

If you have horticultural interest, or would like to give you input on future landscaping projects throughout the community, please volunteer for the Landscape Committee. Green Thumbs are not a requirement of the committee, so feel free to volunteer no matter what your level of experience. Please contact the management company or attend the next scheduled Board Meeting if you are interested in volunteering for the Landscape Committee.

Volunteers are needed for many aspects of the community. Please consider volunteering for a committee, as any time or experience that you can contribute would be greatly appreciated.
